Delivery Times and Prices

UK Delivery - available by 1st Class Royal Mail Parcel Mail and calculated by weight. Please add the items you require to your shopping basket and proceed to checkout where the shipping prices will be shown.

Postal regulations prevent us from sending in excess of 1 litre by Royal Mail and therefore orders in excess of 1kg will be sent to you either by Royal Mail Signed For service or by courier and will require a signature on receipt (please ensure that someone will be available to sign at the delivery address).

We will endeavour to get your order to you within 2-5 working days*. If you require an order by a guaranteed date, please call us on 020 7235 3545 to discuss other delivery options. 

USA - Changes to Customs and Import Charges August 2025

US Customers are to be charged 10% Tax on all orders over $100 to the USA - orders are temporarily disabled from the website while the system is amended, but orders can be accepted on email to info@michelinearcier.com where the customs charges can be manually applied. 

Europe and Other International Orders 

Delivery timescales will vary according to the destination and we aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days.  

Please note that no VAT is charged. Your order will be sent with a completed CN22 form and the invoice will be enclosed with your order.  Customers will be liable for import duties applicable to their location.

If your basket does not allow you to complete your order it may be because of the weight of your products.
